Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers and Experienced Candidates to join our team as Operations Executive. The role involves supporting Purchase, Back Office Sales, Tender Management, Documentation, Customer Coordination, and Internal Operations. Candidates with good communication skills, computer knowledge, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and sales-related documents.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Support tender documentation and online submissions through GeM, N-Procure, and e-Procure portals.

• Follow up for quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

• Maintain records, reports, and documentation in ERP/CRM systems.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Assist in inventory planning and vendor coordination.

• Prepare MIS reports and operational updates for management.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or any relevant field.

• Freshers can apply.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to learn and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Industrial Automation Products (PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA) will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with GeM Portal, N-Procure, and e-Procure Portal preferred.

• Basic understanding of documentation, procurement, sales support, or tender processes.

Soft Skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Team player with problem-solving mindset.
