Summary:
As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves actively engaging with learners to enhance their capabilities in the technology domain. This role focuses on delivering foundational training that spans technology fundamentals, professional growth, and industry-relevant knowledge. The Technology Educator plays a key part in designing and refining course materials, ensuring that content remains current and effective. Additionally, the role includes developing assessment tools such as certification questions to measure learner progress and competency. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain the relevance of training programs is also a vital aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of training content to meet evolving industry standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Support junior professionals by mentoring and guiding them through their learning and development journey.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technology concepts in an engaging and understandable manner.
- Ability to design and develop educational content that aligns with learning objectives and industry requirements.
- Experience in creating assessment tools such as quizzes and certification questions to evaluate learner understanding.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse perspectives into training programs.
- Skilled in adapting training delivery methods to suit different learning styles and environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Storytelling.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
