Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using SQL, Nest.js, React.js, and Node.js. The candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend and take ownership of features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React.js
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJs.js
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL schemas , queries, procedure, functions.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Handle cron jobs, background workers, and async processing
• Dockerize applications and support CI/CD pipelines
• Write unit and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend: React.js + Vite, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, Tailwind, i18n
• Backend: Nest.js
• Database: SQL
• State Management: Redux / Context API / React Query
• APIs: RESTful APIs
• DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Version Control: Git
• Testing: Jest, Mocha, React Testing Library
• Others: Cron jobs, async processing

Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong hands-on experience with MERN stack
• Experience working on production-grade applications
• Understanding of scalable system design
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
