Job Description (JD) – HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll)
Position: HR Executive – Recruitment & Payroll
Department: Human Resources
Location: New Delhi
Company: Rasika International Rail Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Qualification: Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR, MHRM, or equivalent preferred)
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience
Job Summary
Rasika International Rail Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, attendance management, and other HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment skills along with sound knowledge of payroll administration and statutory HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection process.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Conduct reference checks and assist in onboarding new employees.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Payroll & HR Operations
Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift data.
Coordinate with finance for salary processing.
Verify salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliances.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
Employee Attendance & Administration
Monitor daily attendance and leave management.
Resolve attendance and payroll-related queries.
Maintain HRMIS/attendance systems and employee databases.
Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Coordinate statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
Support HR audits and maintain confidential employee records.
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Sound knowledge of payroll processing and salary calculations.
Good understanding of attendance and leave management.
Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS/Payroll software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Educational Qualification
Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MHRM, or equivalent).
Compensation
Salary: ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
Positive attitude, integrity, and professionalism.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, railway, infrastructure, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
