About the Role in V5 Global is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialists to support large-scale hiring requirements for telecom and field operations projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in volume hiring, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities in both Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and databases.
• Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Handle candidate engagement, offer roll-out, and joining follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and hiring campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education : Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• Experience : 1–5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in bulk hiring or volume hiring is preferred.
• Candidates from staffing, telecom, BPO, retail, or BFSI industries will be preferred.
• Skills Required : Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Experience working on Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Language Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
• Ability to interact confidently with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
