Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the software meets specific business requirements. The position emphasizes delivering scalable and efficient applications by applying modern development methodologies and continuously improving existing functionalities to support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting principles within SAP environments.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules and external systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
