Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our luxury jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in jewellery retail sales, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer ServiceAttend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Present gold, diamond, polki, kundan, temple, bridal, and bespoke jewellery collections confidently.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Provide personalized styling and jewellery recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Product KnowledgeMaintain thorough knowledge of all jewellery collections, gemstones, purity, certifications, making charges, and current offers.
• Explain product features, craftsmanship, and value to customers with confidence.
• Stay updated on new collections and industry trends.
• Counter OperationsEnsure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and well-organized.
• Handle stock responsibly while displaying and returning jewellery.
• Follow showroom SOPs for product handling and security.
• Assist in stock verification and inventory management whenever required.
• Billing & DocumentationCoordinate with the billing team for smooth customer transactions.
• Ensure accurate documentation for orders, advances, exchanges, and repairs.
• Assist customers with after-sales service requirements.
• Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain customer records and follow up for pending purchases.
• Inform customers about new collections, exhibitions, festive offers, and exclusive events.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Team ResponsibilitiesGuide and mentor junior sales executives.
• Support the showroom team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive work environment.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5–8 years of jewellery retail sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, bridal, antique, polki, and kundan jewellery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
• Professional grooming with a pleasant personality.
