Senior Associate - Azure DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• Work on end-to-end migration to Azure Local, from detailed planning through full-scale execution and stabilization. 

• Own technical decision-making for Azure Local architecture, design, and implementation. 

• Provide hands-on implementation, configuration, and optimization of Azure Local environments. 

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, including performance, networking, storage, identity, and security challenges. 

• Drive migration readiness assessments, dependency analysis, and risk mitigation strategies. 

• Collaborate with application, platform, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless migration and cutover. 

• Ensure alignment with best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards. 

• Mentor and guide engineers, reviewing designs, configurations, and migration runbooks. 

• Support post-migration stabilization, performance tuning, and operational handover. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

• 4+ years of overall IT experience, with significant exposure to enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms. 

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Infrastructure as a Code, DevOps 

• Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure or cloud migration programs. 

• Deep expertise in: 
    

• Windows Server, Failover Clustering, Hyper-V 

• Networking (DNS, load balancing, routing, firewall integration) 

• Storage (SAN, Storage Spaces Direct, performance tuning) 

• Identity and access (Active Directory, Azure AD integration) 

• Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, network, storage, and hybrid connectivity layers. 

• Experience working in complex, multi-team enterprise environments. 

Preferred skill sets: 

Certification would be preferred in Azure or Microsoft.

5 TO 7+  years 

Education qualification: 

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
