Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong understanding of security event monitoring and incident response processes.
- Experience with integrating SIEM solutions into complex IT environments.
- Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and alerts to identify potential threats.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance SIEM capabilities.
- Knowledge of network protocols and security architectures relevant to SIEM implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
