Associate Manager - Terminal Retail & F&B
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily operations of F&B and Retail outlets to ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales performance by tracking key metrics such as conversion, ATV, and passenger penetration
- Coordinate with concessionaires to improve product mix, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure timely opening, service standards, and visual merchandising compliance across outlets
- Support implementation of sales initiatives, campaigns, and airport-wide promotions
- Conduct regular outlet audits for service quality, hygiene, and operational standards
- Track and report daily, MTD, and YTD sales performance with insights
- Assist in managing digital invoice (DI), billing processes, and system compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, IT) for issue resolution
- Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions for underperforming outlets
- Support new outlet openings, fit-outs, and onboarding of brands
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
Certification Required
- Basic Food Safety Certification (preferred)
- Certifications in Retail / Sales / Customer Service (added advantage)
Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in F&B / Retail operations (airport experience preferred)
- Exposure to sales tracking, outlet operations, and vendor coordination
- Experience in customer service and on-ground operations
