Portfolio Relationship Manager - WC-SALARIED PL AND WORKING CAPITAL-Sales
- Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients focusing on working capital and salaried personal loans. - Engage in sales activities to promote financial products related to working capital and salaried personal loans. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and servicing of loans. - Monitor portfolio performance and ensure targets are met while maintaining compliance with banking norms. - Requires good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. - The role demands a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio. - Ability to work in a dynamic sales environment with a focus on financial services. - Candidate should be adaptable and capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Emphasis on client retention and satisfaction through personalized service and timely follow-ups.Job role
