Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Act as the General Manager and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Report directly to the Managing Director on operational performance, staffing, revenue, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff and department heads.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and maintain the highest standards of service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and guest engagement initiatives.
• Monitor daily sales, costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the MD.
• Develop strategies for business expansion, customer retention, and brand enhancement.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.
• Build a strong service culture focused on teamwork and operational excellence.
