Accountant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations across our hospitality business. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and be proficient in Tally and MS Excel. Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
• Record daily receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, and balance sheet schedules.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers and resolve ITC mismatches.
• Process employee reimbursements and support payroll accounting.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants during audits and assessments.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and accounting records.
• Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Support finance-related activities for multiple resort locations.
