## Job Overview

KBC Pharma is hiring an experienced Female HR Manager to oversee human resources operations at our Thane facility. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, handling plant-level operations, compliance, and workforce management.

## Key Responsibilities

* Plant HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR functions tailored to a pharma manufacturing environment.

* Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to factory laws, labor laws, and pharma regulatory standards.

* Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and onboard technical plant staff, QA/QC teams, and production personnel.

* Employee Relations: Maintain healthy workplace relations and resolve grievances for both on-roll and contractual workers.

* Performance Management: Drive the annual appraisal process, setting KPIs for manufacturing and administrative staff.

* Payroll & Attendance: Oversee time-office management, shift scheduling, and payroll inputs.

* Training & Development: Organize safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and technical training sessions. [1] 

## Requirements

* Education: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources.

* Experience: 5–10 years of core HR experience specifically within Pharma Manufacturing.

* Skills: Deep knowledge of factory compliance, strong communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.

* Location: Preference for candidates residing in or near Thane.
