The Consumer Analytics Specialist will execute a range of analytics activities to support marketing and business decision-making. In this role, you will guide business teams by leveraging connected data solutions and establishing metrics that drive measurable business outcomes. Additionally, you will deliver objective, timely, and relevant analysis to support decision-making, monitor strategic implementation, and enhance overall business performance. This role plays a key part in enabling improved performance across digital and social channels.
What are we looking for? • Degree in Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field • 5–8 years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, or related roles, with exposure to stakeholder and project management in large-scale environments • Strong SQL proficiency (mandatory) with hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics) • Demonstrated experience in consumer analytics, audience management, and digital marketing, with strong data interpretation and insight generation capabilities • Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-ready insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong experience in managing and integrating multiple data sources to support data-driven decision-making • Experience in KPI tracking, campaign performance analysis, and A/B testing (setup and interpretation) • Familiarity with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite) and digital ecosystem data • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong problem-solving and adaptability • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes • High learning agility, curiosity, and ability to thrive in evolving environments • Strong technical aptitude and credibility in data and analytics tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Master’s degree in Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field • Prior experience working with global or English-speaking stakeholders • Working knowledge of data science concepts and tools (e.g., Python) • Basic financial acumen with understanding of key business and performance metrics
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead consumer analytics initiatives by leveraging first-, second-, and third-party data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for business teams • Design and implement analytical solutions to address business questions, ensuring high-quality, insight-driven outputs • Analyze and mine cross-platform data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities in consumer behavior • Develop integrated insights by consolidating multiple data sources into a unified consumer view across digital and offline touchpoints • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance • Drive CRM and data ecosystem enhancements by improving data availability, targeting, segmentation, and engagement strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with global standards and local business needs • Leverage tools and frameworks to enable predictive and prescriptive analytics, supporting real-time and strategic decision-making • Integrate and monitor digital and offline data sources to deliver a holistic performance view and identify optimization opportunities • Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across datasets • Establish robust, scalable processes for data handling, analysis, and reporting to ensure data quality and integrity • Evaluate marketing initiatives and communicate insights, recommendations, and performance outcomes to stakeholders
