Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to enhance software quality and reliability.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to streamline testing workflows.

- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
