- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Coordinate with junior professionals to support their learning and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Strong understanding of access control frameworks and security protocols within enterprise applications.
- Experience in designing and implementing role-based security models and user provisioning.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of security features across multiple platforms and systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues to maintain system integrity.
