Job Description

Job Title: North Indian Chef (Chaap Specialist)


We are looking for an experienced North Indian Chef who specializes in preparing a variety of Chaap dishes and North Indian gravies.


Requirements:


- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a restaurant or cloud kitchen.

- Expertise in preparing Soya Chaap (Malai, Afghani, Achari, Tandoori, Masala, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of North Indian gravies and curries.

- Ability to maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene standards.

- Experience in kitchen operations, inventory management, and minimizing food wastage.

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work flexible shifts.


Location: Jaipur
