Job Description Summary
SAP Business (RTR/PTP (FICO)) Analyst (Grade 140)

Job Overview

Build SAP ERP technology solutions to support the Record to Report functions such as General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, PS, SD-FI Integration, Cost Center accounting, Profit Center accounting & Profitability analysis, Reporting, Master Data management etc.). Procure to Pay Functions such as Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV) , GR Reconciliation, MM – FI Integration
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create FICO (RTR) & LIV (PTP) solutions powered by SAP Tools.
• Collaborate with team members across different time zones to implement regulatory solutions like SAF-T for different countries like Poland, Romania etc.
• Support bank integration for AR & AP modules. Experience in DMEE & EBS Configuration
• Act as SME expert to translate project requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• Utilizes domain knowledge to be able to effectively synthesize input from multiple stakeholders to maximize delivered value.

Day to Day: The day to day can vary in this role, but some of the more important responsibilities and tasks to undertake can be the following, however it won’t be limited to only these:
SAP roadmap development: Develop and maintain SAP roadmap, which would deliver high value/critical solution to business on time. Sprint planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings and help define what the main priorities should be for the team in the short/medium/long term. Backlog management: Prioritize and manage SAP team backlog, ensuring that it is up to date with major user stories, bug fixes and other necessary items. This will involve refining and clarifying requirements for the development team. Stakeholder communication: Regular communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, receive feedback and communicate updates as appropriate vary in this role, but some of the more important responsibilities and tasks to undertake can be the following, however it won’t be limited to only these:

Experience - 2 to 6 Years

Skill and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field (Preferably CA/ICWA/MBA- Finance)
• 2 years ERP support as BA or Business Superuser
• SAP Experience would be preferred
• SAP Certification in FICO would be added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, time management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, internally, and externally, and communicate to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience as SAP Consultant with at least 6 of years' experience and multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Incident Management and Change management Processes
• Excellent analytical and Problem-Solving skills with ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of team in fast paced environment.
