Project Role : Security ArchitectProject Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires engaging with evolving project requirements to build scalable and efficient applications. Collaboration with team members and iterative development using contemporary methodologies are integral to delivering high-quality software that meets specific organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously improve software development processes and practices to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within software environments.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to align with organizational policies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to governance and compliance workflows.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between ServiceNow GRC and other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
