- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.

- Ensure attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.

- Handle billing support, customer queries, and after-sales service.

- Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer records.

- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
