Position: Speech Therapist / Audiologist

About the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Speech Therapist / Audiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting speech, language, hearing, and communication assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to children and adults with communication and swallowing disorders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments.
• Perform hearing evaluations and speech assessments using standardized clinical tools.
• Diagnose speech, language, communication, and hearing disorders.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Counsel and educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records, assessment reports, and therapy documentation.
• Collaborate with ENT specialists, pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and clinical best practices.
• QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) or equivalent.
• Registered with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) or relevant licensing authority (preferred/mandatory as applicable).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in pediatric and adult speech therapy.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, voice disorders, and stuttering.
• Familiarity with hearing aid counseling and rehabilitation.
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
