Summary:
As a Network Security Operations Manager, a typical day involves looking after the security of the organization s network and protecting it from threats. This role requires hands-on knowledge of firewalls, network monitoring, and handling security incidents. The position also involves working with IT, infrastructure and SOC teams to keep network security controls in place and running well across on-premise and cloud setups.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Manage network security controls such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN and network segmentation, including rule reviews and policy enforcement.
- Monitor network traffic and security alerts, investigate issues, and handle network-related security incidents.
- Work with the SOC and infrastructure teams to make sure network security is covered in new projects and feeds into SIEM monitoring.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Data Protection & Privacy Impact Assessment, Security Operation Automation, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN and network segmentation.
- Experience with network monitoring, firewall rule management and policy enforcement.
- Ability to investigate network security issues and respond to incidents.
- Familiarity with SIEM monitoring and working alongside a SOC team.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
