Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services and Developer Ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration capabilities.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining system reliability.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control in a packaged application environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
