Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary:
As a Technology Account Lead, a typical day involves serving as the main point of contact for all technology-related activities within client accounts. This role requires coordinating various technology contracts and engagements, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client needs. The Technology Account Lead actively works to broaden the range of technology services delivered by identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. They develop comprehensive account plans and engage the appropriate teams to optimize outcomes and strengthen client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and business expansion.
