KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is seeking an AI Product Manager to join its innovative KDN AI Labs. This role is central to developing cutting-edge AI products, leveraging emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning. The AI Product Manager will be responsible for driving the AI product requirements from ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with KPMG’s strategic objectives and delivering world-class AI solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and own the product requirements for AI solutions within KDN AI Labs, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and market needs.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that leverage emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Create, own and execute product backlog by staying ahead of market trends, understanding customer needs, and identifying new opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

• Drive all phases of the AI product lifecycle, from initial concept and prototype development to PoC, MVP, production, and market launch.
• Manage product development timelines, ensuring that milestones are met, and that the product evolves in line with customer and market expectations.
• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and deployment.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, validate product ideas, and ensure buy-in across the organization.
• Build strong partnerships with external vendors, technology providers, and academic institutions to leverage the latest advancements in AI and ensure the successful delivery of AI products.

• Collaborate with development teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that AI products are designed and built to the highest standards.
• Drive the testing and quality assurance process, ensuring that AI products meet stringent quality, performance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with the team in fine-tuning AI models and algorithms to optimize product performance and deliver superior user experiences.

Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning:

• Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and position KDN AI products effectively in the market.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to ensure that KDN’s AI products remain competitive and relevant.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI products

• Collaborate with team towards a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative development.
• Continuously seek feedback from users/stakeholders to improve and refine AI products, ensuring they meet evolving market and customer needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technologies and methodologies, bringing new ideas and best practices into the product development process.

Educational qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in AI/ML, Product Management, or related disciplines are highly desirable.

Work experience

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies.
• Proven track record of executing AI product development from concept to market launch, with hands-on experience in managing all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Gen AI, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, and their applications.
• Experience working with development and testing teams to deliver high-quality AI products, preferably in a global or multi-disciplinary environment.
• Knowledge of market analysis, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies for AI products.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value to the business and customers.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile product teams.
