We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Holiday Consultants to join our team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the travel and hospitality industry.
- ResponsibilitiesContact customers and explain holiday packages.
- Invite customers to attend promotional presentations.
- Understand customer travel needs and provide suitable holiday options.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: Plus Two or any Degree.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
