- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of report design and data extraction techniques within Workday environments.
- Experience in developing complex custom reports and dashboards to support business analytics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize reporting performance for large datasets.
- Familiarity with integrating Workday reports with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Skilled in interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical reporting solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
