We are seeking a talented individual to join our IKS team at MMIPL Mumbai. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The strategic risk services have a particular emphasis on Risk Consulting which includes Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management. The purpose of this role is to help deliver projects and through the building and maintenance of effective client relationships aid the development of business. Their range of duties are varied and whilst key responsibilities are expressed here, they include the flexible execution of additional consulting, analytical and operational tasks as reasonably expected from time to time, i.e. assist in business development from writing proposals.

We will count on you to:

Client Service – Risk Management:

• Assist Manager/ Senior Manager in advising clients in transforming enterprise risk, business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.
• Review of Risk & Control Self-Assessment Framework (RCSA) across organization, report the issues identified, track the action plan to ensure mitigation within timelines agreed
• Deliver Ad-Hoc Risk management projects as per defined timelines
• Assist Manager/ Senior Manager in driving operational and technical resilience solutions to meet the current threats.
• Assist Project Lead in performing different activities within the project scope and to fulfill client delivery requirement.
• Support Project Lead in advising clients on risk mitigation strategies, technical architecture, data resilience, testing and failover automation activities.

What you need to have: 

• Relevant risk management qualification and Bachelor’s degree (ideally Master’s), and relevant fields.
• With 2+ years of relevant experience in ERM, BCM and relevant ISO Certifications.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing, listening.
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel (including Macros, VBA), Access and SharePoint.

• Understanding of various aspects of technology resilience – design and process aspects.
• Understanding of AI related tools and software’s.

What makes you stand out?

• Business Resilience experience from another major consulting firm is desired with strong domain. knowledge and experience in Business Continuity Management.
• Ideally with secondary domain knowledge/experience in FRM, TPRM, AML etc.
• Familiarity with core statistical concepts e.g., correlation, regressions, significance values, etc.
• Knowhow of programming languages like Python or R, Power Apps and BI tools like Tableau.
