Job Description
The LIC Bima Sakhi (Mahila Career Agent) Scheme is a 3-year stipend-based program for women launched by LIC of India. It is designed to train women to become insurance advisors and agents while earning a stipend and commissions.
Main Responsibilities
As a Bima Sakhi, you will:
- Explain LIC insurance plans to individuals and families.
- Identify prospective customers and generate leads.
- Help customers choose suitable insurance policies.
- Assist in policy proposal forms and documentation.
- Maintain relationships with policyholders.
- Promote financial literacy and insurance awareness in the community.
- Support policy servicing and renewals.
