Key Responsibilities,
Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers.
Resolve customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
Coordinate with sales and technical departments for customer support.
Maintain customer records and update data regularly.
Provide product/service information to clients.
Follow up with customers regarding payments, feedback, and service updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive client experience.
