Job Location - Mathura (Radha Rani)

We are seeking an experienced Halwai cum Chaat Specialist to prepare high-quality Indian sweets, snacks, and a variety of chaat items while maintaining excellent taste, hygiene, and presentation. The candidate should be skilled in traditional recipes and capable of handling bulk production efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Indian sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Jalebi, Barfi, Ladoo, Peda, Halwa, etc.
• Prepare chaat items including Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, Papdi Chaat, Aloo Tikki, Raj Kachori, Samosa Chaat, and other regional specialties.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Prepare chutneys, masalas, fillings, and other ingredients as per standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen following food safety standards.
• Monitor stock of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
• Support menu development by introducing new recipes and seasonal specialties.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service.
• Required SkillsExpertise in Indian sweets and chaat preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Good time management and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and consistency in food quality.
• QualificationsMinimum 2–5 years of experience as a Halwai and/or Chaat Specialist.
• Experience in restaurants, sweet shops, hotels, or catering is preferred.

Basic knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
