Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, guiding the development team in implementing solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired specifications and quality standards. You will also be responsible for overseeing project timelines and deliverables, facilitating communication between teams, and addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and user needs, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Strong delivery experience as a delivery lead, having led and delivered large scale engagements
- Extensive experience delivering Transformation programmes
- Extensive experience delivering for Financial Services organizations, particularly in the Banking industry
- Proven exposure to working directly with C-suite executives
- Strong exposure to managing contract financials with good track record of delivering to aggressive deal economics
- Extensive experience working for GCCs of Banks or delivering to Banking clients with large GCC footprint
- Strong exposure to modern engineering delivery
- Strong exposure to AI powered engineering, with good understanding of AI tools across SDLC activities and good knowledge of AI tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Location preference is Bangalore
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with application development life cycle and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
