What would you do? A Derivative Operations Associate supports the post-trade lifecycle of derivative products such as futures, options, swaps, and OTC derivatives. The role ensures accurate processing, break investigation/resolving and lifecycle event management, while maintaining strong controls and client service
What are we looking for? • Preferably Graduate in MBA/ Commerce/ with good understanding on Investment Banking Operations domain • Good verbal and written communication • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST) and 100% RTO • Willing to work in Indian Holidays Good Verbal Communication Skills Good Written Communication MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Reconcile custody and client wires, including collateral exchanges against swap trades. • Perform exception management by identifying, investigating, and resolving reconciliation breaks. • Knowledge of Investigating failed settlements of OTC option premium (receivable/payable) between executing brokers and custodians. • Support collateral and agreement workflows with knowledge of TriOptima for ISDA/MSFTA agreements. • Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed • Perform assignments/tasks • Follow set procedures & ensure training completion on time • Should be a self-starter, team player, motivated and highly energized individual to compete the complexity of the process • Recognizes and/or articulates basic concepts, facts, methods, techniques in day-to-day work experiences • Applies detailed knowledge and skills to complex (or new) work situations in multiple settings
