- Responsible for managing branch operations and achieving business targets. - Oversee Affordable Housing Finance (AHF) activities in the branch. - Lead and motivate branch staff to ensure excellent customer service and compliance. - Manage client relationships and promote financial products related to affordable housing. - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Coordinate with regional and head office teams for smooth branch functioning. - Monitor branch performance and implement strategies for growth. - Handle administrative and operational tasks related to branch management.Job role
