We are seeking a highly experienced SAP TM Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of transportation management solutions in client environments. The role requires strong functional expertise, architecture design capability, and the ability to engage with business stakeholders at all levels.

You will act as a trusted advisor, driving end-to-end SAP TM implementations, solution design, and strategic transformation initiatives for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

•            Lead end-to-end SAP TM solution design (Standalone and Embedded TM on S/4HANA).

•            Define solution architecture, integration landscape, and deployment strategy.

•            Drive business blueprinting workshops and provide best-practice recommendations.

•            Own and govern functional and technical design documents.

Client Engagement

•            Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders (business & IT).

•            Translate business needs into scalable SAP TM solutions.

•            Provide strategic advisory on logistics transformation and digital supply chain.

•            Support pre-sales, proposal creation, and client presentations.

Implementation & Leadership

•            Lead large-scale global SAP TM implementations / rollouts.

•            Manage and mentor functional and technical teams.

•            Oversee configuration, customization, and integration efforts.

•            Ensure quality deliverables, timelines, and governance compliance.

Functional Expertise

•            Deep expertise in:

o            Transportation Planning & Optimization

o            Freight Order Management

o            Carrier Selection & Tendering

o            Freight Costing & Settlement

o            Event Management & Tracking

•            Design advanced solutions using:

o            Transportation Cockpit

o            Condition Technique

o            Freight Agreements & Charge Management

Integration & Technology

•            Architect integrations with:

o            SAP S/4HANA (Embedded TM)

o            SAP EWM, SAP GTS

o            Third-party logistics systems (3PLs, carriers)

•            Work with integration technologies:

o            SAP CPI / PI/PO / APIs / IDocs / EDI

•            Provide guidance on SAP BTP and Logistics Business Network (LBN)

Required Skills & Expertise

•            10+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP TM specialization

•            Proven track record of:

o            Multiple end-to-end SAP TM implementations

o            At least 2+ solution architect roles

•            Expertise in:

o            SAP TM ( S/4 Embedded TM)

o            Logistics & Supply Chain processes

•            Strong understanding of:

o            End-to-end Order-to-Cash and Logistics Execution flows

•            Deep knowledge of:

o            Transportation optimization

o            Freight settlement and billing
