- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure program objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project alignment and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong capability in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Experience in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Skilled in resource allocation and budget management to optimize project delivery.
- Competence in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report status.
