Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and travel industry to ensure relevant and engaging content.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting travel-related events and campaigns.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 6 months of experience in social media management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
