Job Title: AI/ML Analyst (0–1 Years Experience)
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid Work Model)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI/ML Analyst to join the KDNI Data & AI team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (0–1 years of experience) who are passionate about applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to solve real-world business problems. The candidate will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to support model development, data preparation, and analytical insights.
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of Machine Learning models under guidance from senior team members
- Perform data collection, preprocessing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Support feature engineering and model evaluation processes
- Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for models, datasets, and processes
- Create basic data visualizations and support reporting requirements as needed
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Analytics, or related domain (internships included)
- Strong foundational knowledge of Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Understanding of basic Machine Learning concepts (regression, classification, clustering)
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying
- Basic understanding of data preprocessing and statistical analysis
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to tools/platforms such as Azure ML, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
