Relationship Manager - Retail

| 1. Business Targets & Lead Generation | • Achieve or exceed monthly disbursement and file login targets. • Generate leads through open market cold-calling, site visits, and branch references. • Build a robust pipeline of prospective borrowers. |
| 2. Channel Management | • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate brokers, and channel partners to drive referral volume. • Conduct regular visits to partner sites and projects. |
| 3. File Processing & Documentation | • Ensure end-to-end processing of loan files, including KYC verification and property document collection. • Minimize Turn Around Time (TAT) from file login to sanction and disbursement. |
| 4. Portfolio Quality & Compliance | • Maintain high First Time Right (FTR) application submissions to minimize rejection rates. • Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance standards as mandated by the bank/NBFC. |
| 5. Customer Relationship & Cross-Selling | • Provide excellent customer service and resolve product queries to ensure client retention. • Cross-sell additional financial products like Life Insurance, Top-Up Loans, and Credit Cards. |
