Job Summary

JLL seeks an experienced Project Director to lead complex, mission-critical project in India. We're looking for proven leaders with expertise in at least one of these specialized sectors:

• Semiconductor Fabrication Facilities

• Hyperscale Data Centers

• Healthcare & Medical Facilities

• Airport & Aviation Infrastructure

• Advanced Manufacturing & Industrial Facilities

• Temperature-Controlled Logistics & Distribution Centers

• Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical Facilities

You'll serve as the senior leader responsible for end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects (USD $50M to $500M+), managing client relationships, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring world-class outcomes. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline

• Professional certification (PMP, CCM, RICS, or equivalent) highly preferred

Experience

• 15+ years in project and construction management

• 10+ years in senior leadership roles

• Proven track record delivering projects valued at USD $50M+ in at least ONE of the specialized sectors listed above

• Deep technical knowledge of mission-critical systems relevant to your sector (cleanrooms, data center infrastructure, healthcare systems, aviation facilities, industrial processes, cold chain logistics, or cGMP manufacturing)

• Experience with fast-track and design-build delivery methodologies

• Strong understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks

Leadership & Skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multicultural teams

• Exceptional client relationship management with C-level engagement experience

• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills

• Proficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and BIM workflows

• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous

• High adaptability and cultural intelligence for international assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience with Asia-Pacific or emerging markets exposure

• Direct experience in India or familiarity with Indian construction environments

• Multiple project deliveries within your primary sector specialization

• Experience managing concurrent large-scale project portfolios

• Advanced degree (Master's, MBA) or additional certifications (Six Sigma, LEED AP, NEBOSH)

• Previous international assignment or expatriate experience

• Multilingual capabilities (Hindi or other Asian languages)

Location: India (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Pune)

Assignment Duration: Project Dependent (Typically 2-3 years with potential for extension).
