Job SummaryThe Interior Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and designing functional and aesthetically appealing interior spaces. The role involves preparing 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, space planning, material selection, and coordinating with vendors and project teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & PlanningDevelop innovative interior design concepts based on client and business requirements.
• Prepare space planning layouts, furniture plans, and design presentations.
• Create detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and technical layouts.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design proposals.
• 3D VisualizationCreate realistic 3D models and renderings of interior spaces.
• Produce walkthroughs and presentation visuals for client approvals.
• Modify designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Software & Technical DrawingsPrepare architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
• Design presentations and visual concepts using Adobe Photoshop.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and execution-ready.
• Project CoordinationCoordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Assist in material selection, procurement, and vendor management.
• Ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans and specifications.
• Documentation & ReportingPrepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
• Maintain project documentation and design records.
• Provide regular project status updates to management.
• EligibilityDiploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in interior design, retail design, commercial projects, hospitality, or residential projects.
• Technical SkillsMandatoryAutoCAD
• Adobe Photoshop
• 3D Designing & Rendering (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar)
• PreferredRevit
• Illustrator
• MS Office
• Skills RequiredStrong creativity and design sense.
• Space planning and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and project coordination skills.
