Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and transformational initiatives. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse offerings and capabilities to create comprehensive solutions that deliver maximum value. The architect ensures that these solutions are closely aligned with the strategic objectives of the client s organization, while also considering the broader goals of the company. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of solution effectiveness are key aspects of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and driving successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution delivery and team performance.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or issues that may impact delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integrated IT operations solutions.
- Experience with multi-tower service management and transformational project delivery.
- Ability to architect scalable and flexible solutions that align with business objectives.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to drive consensus.
- Competence in analyzing complex technical environments and recommending optimal solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
