Role: Field Sales Executive – Dealer Development & Wholesale Sales

YASH INDIA is looking for a confident and active Field Sales Executive to develop dealers, generate sales, and build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, furnishing showrooms, textile shops, home furnishing dealers, and general trade customers.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting markets, introducing YASH INDIA product ranges, generating new leads, collecting orders, following up with existing customers, sharing market feedback, and coordinating with the office team for stock availability, billing, dispatch, and payment updates.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retailers, wholesalers, furnishing stores, textile shops, and home furnishing dealers.
• Promote YASH INDIA products such as readymade curtains, bed sheets, bed spreads, sofa covers, diwan sets, towels, door mats, carpets, shawls, cushion covers, and other home furnishing items.
• Generate new leads and appoint new customers/dealers.
• Collect orders and follow up for repeat business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain product range, pricing, schemes, and availability.
• Support payment follow-up as per company policy.
• Share daily visit reports and market feedback.
• Coordinate with office team for stock, billing, packing, dispatch, and payment updates.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in sales, wholesale, textiles, home furnishing, or related industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, mobile apps, and daily reporting.
• Ability to travel and visit markets regularly.
• Good follow-up discipline and customer handling skills.
• Languages: Hindi, Kannada, and English preferred. Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam is an added advantage.
• Candidate ProfileQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Candidate should be active, disciplined, and target-oriented.
