Job Description & Summary:  

We are building a team of GenAI engineers focused on developing intelligent applications and solutions using modern AI technologies. The team works across the full lifecycle of AI solution development—from ideation and rapid prototyping to enterprise-scale production deployments. 

We are seeking a GenAI Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging technologies, enjoys solving complex problems, and can rapidly learn and apply new tools and frameworks. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, accelerators, prototypes, and production-ready solutions. 

• Build applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks. 

• Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces for AI solutions. 

• Integrate foundation models and AI services from leading AI platforms. 

• Implement semantic search, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions. 

• Build and integrate AI solutions using APIs, enterprise systems, tool calling, and modern integration frameworks such as MCP. 

• Optimize AI applications for quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. 

• Implement evaluation, testing, and monitoring mechanisms to improve AI solution quality. 

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. 

• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering best practices. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

Generative AI 

• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, agentic AI, and tool calling. 

• Hands-on experience with one or more GenAI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies. 

• Experience working with one or more leading AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI/Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or similar technologies. 

Software Engineering 

• Strong proficiency in Python. 

• Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks. 

• Experience developing applications using React, Next.js, Streamlit, or similar technologies. 

• Good understanding of software design principles and development best practices. 

Cloud & Platform Engineering 

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. 

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker. 

• Understanding of CI/CD and cloud-native development practices. 

Preferred skill sets: 

Experience with AI evaluation and observability tools such as LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEval, Langfuse, Arize, or similar platforms. 

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and business systems. 

• Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
