Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. You will be responsible for implementing processes that extract, transform, and load data to facilitate seamless migration and deployment across various systems, enabling smooth data flow and accessibility for organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance and reliability.
- Document data processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Purview.
- Experience in designing and managing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Purview.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
