Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- Manage and monitor collection performance for the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct field visits to meet delinquent customers and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers to improve repayment behavior.
- Analyze overdue accounts and develop effective recovery strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and collection procedures.
- Coordinate with branch teams and credit departments for resolution of collection-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery activities.
- Identify potential risks and escalate critical delinquency cases to management.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Support portfolio quality improvement initiatives and minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs)
