About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Microsoft Business Applications Leader to join our Microsoft practice team. This is a senior leadership role designed for a seasoned professional with over 20 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, overseeing successful delivery operations, leading strategic alliances and should exhibit sound knowledge on overall Microsoft eco system. You will play a critical role in shaping our Microsoft Business Applications practice, driving business growth, and ensuring client success across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for Microsoft Business Applications, aligning with overall business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead and mentor teams responsible for delivery, pre-sales, and solution architecture within the Microsoft Business Applications domain.
• Drive organizational growth by leveraging Microsoft Business Apps as a core strategic pillar.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Management

• Develop and manage the GTM strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other Microsoft Business Apps, focusing on key growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with other partner firms within EY and establish value propositions and solutions that resonate with target clients.
• Engage with clients to evangelize Microsoft Business Apps and address critical business needs.
• Engage with Microsoft alliance partners to drive growth

Delivery Management

• Oversee the successful delivery of projects
• Applications projects, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and client satisfaction.
• Establish best practices for project delivery, including process improvements, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with delivery goals and client requirements.

Alliance & Partnership Management

• Act as the primary liaison between EY and Microsoft, nurturing the alliance to maximize mutual benefits.
• Identify opportunities for co-selling, joint initiatives, and strategic investments with Microsoft.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Microsoft and other relevant partners to enhance partnership performance.

Technology Expertise

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), and Azure.
• Stay up to date with new features, releases, and advancements in the Microsoft ecosystem and communicate these insights effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

Business Growth & Innovation

• Leverage your industry expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and innovation using Microsoft Business Applications.
• Develop and pitch innovative solutions that address client needs, providing a competitive advantage and driving business outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 20+ years of industry experience with a significant focus on Microsoft Business Applications.
• Demonstrated experience managing GTM strategy, delivery leadership, and alliance partnerships , particularly within Microsoft’s ecosystem.
• Proven experience leading large-scale implementations of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong track record of driving customer success through innovative technology and business practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Hands-on experience with delivery methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and other modern frameworks.
• Prior experience working closely with Microsoft as a partner, including understanding Microsoft's co-sell motions and incentive programs.
