Roles & Responsibilities:

• Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) – Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts

• MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point)

• Drive thought leadership in SAP MDG, Data Governance, and Data Migration practices across engagements.

• Individual should have end to end delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects, good mentoring, and coaching skills.

• Should have knowledge on WRICEF objects and able to work on interfaces and Enhancements along with test case documents, test plan. 

• Individual should have knowledge or hands-on experience on SAC, Datasphere/DWC, HANA, IBP, BPC, BW/4, S/4 and Fiori Apps.

• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.

• Owns ERP transformation programs with full end to end delivery responsibility.

• Should be able to Guide cross functional teams across functional, technical, change management, and PMO streams.

• Manage risks, scope, budget, and client escalations effectively.

• Demonstrates strong understanding of finance, supply chain, HR processes, and relevant industry verticals.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

• Provide guidance on solution architecture, integrations, data migration, security, and internal controls.

• Lead client negotiations, scope adjustments, and conflict resolution.

• Manage senior-level stakeholders and complex organizational structures.

• Contributes to shaping firm offerings in cloud ERP, digital transformation, and automation.

• Drive practice growth through strategy development, frameworks, tools, and accelerators.

• Lead quality reviews, audit and compliance activities, and PMO oversight

 

Requirement:

• Should have minimum 15+ years with strong focus on SAP MDG and Data Migration.
• Proven track record in leading multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Individual would be required to participate in Business workshops, gather business requirements & to be able to propose TO BE Processes as per best practices
• Individual should have very strong Business process knowledge across SAP Core Functions- SD, MM, FI.
• Actively involved in practice building activities with team building, skill development and development of accelerators from accelerated and standardized delivery of the Project Leading the Pre- sales activity related to submission of response of RFP’s.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with Cross Module teams for resolution, thought leadership, managing multiple engagements, Team Operations etc.

 

Must Have in candidate:

• Assists project teams in estimating the architecture design, effort and develop/ review/ approve architecture designs.
• Should have experience in SAP Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, Material, Finance (General Ledger, Cost center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)
• Expertise in SAP MDG domains (BP, Customer, Supplier, Finance, Material)
• Strong experience in Data Migration tools and frameworks (LTMC, LTMOM, BODS, IDOC, BAPI) 
• Experience with Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) 
• Hands on experience in Information Steward, Data profiling
• Ability to interpret, configure and implement data mapping/transformation business rule into SAP BODS
• Should have experience in MDG Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, Finance (General Ledger, Cost center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)
• Hands on experience on Data Import and Replication Framework via IDOC, webservices etc.
• Extension of Standard Data Model with custom entity and attributes.
• Experience in Custom Data Model creation, UI Customizing, UI Enhancement, Validations & Derivations
• Hands on experience in Data Modelling, Processing Modelling, Ui Modelling, Enrichment framework and Replication
• Experience in Generating Search View and configuring Duplicate Checks
• Hands on experience in ABAP OOPS concepts, Floor Plan Manager (FPM) Framework, Web Dynpro, Data Model Enhancement, Custom Report
• Enhancement of UI and Access Class in MDG.
• Duplicate Check, Validation and Derivation in MDG.

 

Nice to Have in candidate:

• Hands on working experience on ABAP

   

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate 

• Latest SAP MDG 9.2 Certification is preferred
