Job Title: Housekeeping Staff

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant housekeeping experience may also apply)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, disciplined, and responsible Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the assigned residential or institutional premises. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, physically fit, and willing to respond to urgent housekeeping requirements whenever needed.

• Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned rooms, common areas, washrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, and wash basins regularly.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and other supplies.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage collection areas.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, or repair requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials in good condition.
• Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages promptly.
• Assist in setting up rooms or common areas for meetings, guests, or special events, if required.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
• Handle assigned tasks with honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Coordinate with the Facility Manager regarding daily housekeeping activities and emergency cleaning requirements.
• Requirements1–3 years of housekeeping experience in residential properties, apartments, hotels, hostels, educational institutions, or similar facilities.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene practices.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required
